Advertising Executive – Autos – Outside Sales

Account management and sales within the Autos Vertical at , delivering new customers - expanding share of wallet with existing clients and maintaining acceptable churn levels with existing customer base.

What are our role and responsibilities?

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans time after time to meet monthly and quarterly sales revenue and retention targets

• Through effective and impactful service recommendations we grows company revenue that increase the value of the Bhph List Jobs proposition

• Act as a true business partner to our clients to provide solid client relationship management.

• Profiling existing clients, understanding their business needs, negotiating, developing proposals, asking for and closing business which is the responsibilities for the full sales cycle.

•Using a consultative style of selling with focus on ROI and value creation

• Awareness of the clients of how to best utilize the site and take advantage of their online advertising solutions on Bhph list . We ensure it completely.

• Preparing regular sales report forecasting through CRM (Salesforce)

• Coordinating maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals along with delivering sales presentations to key clients in coordination with it.

• We communicate with high standard clients at all levels of the business

Desired skills and experience:

• Self-driven with a time organizational skills and strong work ethic

• Polished Sales Skills – Needs qualification, cultivating relationships, negotiating/closing business, objection handling

• Previous experience buying, selling or listing is a necessity

• Background in web based advertising – SEO, and SEM, banners, web search, digital media etc (preferred but not necessary)

• Learn about the business, the team, products and associated tools during the first 30 days (e.g. SalesForce) in order to enable success in your role.

• Understand the business critical importance of Bhph list and online advertising exposure for your accounts. Contact management schedule and plan your territory.

• Make discovery calls with key decision makers that are qualified and will generate revenue during the first 60 days. We present solutions to key decision maker(s) with the view of closing business in line with and/or exceeding your monthly and quarterly quota spending at least 15 hours on the phone each week.

• Based on your initial value proposition conversations you will also have started to generate a pipeline of current and future business.

• You will be able to have a clear understanding and be able to effectively communicate the Bhph list value proposition, the elevator pitch and understand the key we make our clients successful by the end of 60 days.

• And after 90 days there will be a solid pipeline of reasonable opportunities and reliably forecast in a transparent manner enabling you to reach
